Allana was selected to represent Australia in the Rugby Sevens 2013, but the knee injury that followed kept her on the sidelines. It took several years for Allana to get back in rugby league. The first time Allana played in a rugby league game for women was in the year 2015. She played well against Queensland and represented New South Wales. Allana also added radio to the roster, and makes regularly appearances on the 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana Ferguson is a qualified educator outside the sport the world. Allana Ferguson holds the rare honor of being a representative of Australia in three sports - rugby sevens as well as touch, and rugby league.
